Fancy sci-fi movie with giant monster (think about Godzilla) and giant robot (think about transformers)? Your wish will be granted soon (you just have to wait for another 7 more months). In July 2013, Pacific Rim, the highly anticipated sci-fi by Guillermo del Toro will be released internationally. Guillermo del Toro last brought us an visual treats in fantasy-drama, Pan's Labyrinth (2006).Pacific Rim carries no A-lists casts as the main characters are the monsters and the robots. "When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju.
