Man Of Steel - Longest And Honest Guest Review That Might Offend Many Fans

Man Of Steel, the hottest movie at the moment, has been unofficially announced to be the biggest superman movie on its opening week ticket sales (in the USA, it is estimated to hit the box office with a better than expected result of $120 millions range). It is potentially the second biggest opening week of  2013, just behind the Iron Man 3 of $170+ millions. Even with it's mixed review from the movie critics, it is still expected to make a killing in the international box offices. By the way, Man Of Steel sequel is already a confirmed project!

That being said, just like any movie, there are always area that some viewers see it as poor, lacking or not up to par. Today, I am going to share one of the longest and most honest guest review by my friend, Ben. From the review, you can tell that he is a superman fan and he has written it with an heavy heart.

As per my blog title, I am sure many of you might not be agreeable with him (sorry Ben ;-)) and think that Man Of Steel is so amazing that it could possibly be the best superman movie to-date. So be it as I am sure both your view and Ben's review are valid ones as movie is one of the most subjective entertainment.

In a few days' time, Man Of Steel, the much awaited superman reboot will be released internationally. To be exact, the movie will be released on 13th June 2013, in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D too.

When talk about the appearance of Superman, the first few things that come to our mind will be the  suit with the red cape, the iconic "S" symbol on the suit and the red underwear (by the way, the superman will not be wearing any red underwear in this reboot ;-)). One icon that evolved over time is the "S" symbol, you might be surprised on the number of different versions there are  throughout all these years. Man Of Steel - This 13 Minutes HD Featurette Speaks Volumn

Man Of Steel, the upcoming superman reboot will be in cinema over the globe next week (to be exact, from 13th June 2013 onward). Not long after my sharing of massive trailers, teasers and TV spots in my earlier post, Warner Bros has released yet another massive 13 minutes HD featurette that answer many doubts that the superhero fans might have in this reboot.

Just to name a few, following are some answers you will get in this 13 minutes behind the scene clip:

1. What is the meaning of the "S" symbol in the superman suit?

2. Why there is no red underwear in this version of superman suit?

3. What is the rating of director, Zack Snyder from the mouth of the peer actors/actress like Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon and Russell Crowe etc..

As most of you would know by now that Man Of Steel is Superman and Superman is the Man Of Steel, the upcoming super hero reboot.  Before you rushing to the cinema near you in June 2013 to witness the soon-to-be epic in 2D, 3D or IMAX 3D, Warner Bros has been pampering the fans with numerous trailers, teasers and TV Spots. That's the whole objective of this post.

By the way, one particularly interesting discovery from the trailers/TV spots is that the "S" icon on the superman's suit is not an S, it is actually...Shhhhhh...(sorry, we have no clue at the moment as well, I guess you will need to find it out yourself in June 2013 ;-)),

Man Of Steel - The Superb New Trailer and 17 Photos

We just can't get enough of the media releases of the upcoming superman reboot, Man Of Steel. While it is still more than half month to go before its release in the theatres, it has garnered strong reception from the online community so far. 

Warner Brothers Pictures released yet another superb trailer of Man Of Steel. In this latest trailer, more new footage on the villain, Zod and his threat to the world is made apparent. To top it off, another 17 official movie photos have been released recently too.

I believe this will be the last trailer of the reboot and can't wait to watch it in IMAX 3D comes 14th June 2013.

Man Of Steel - Behind The Scenes And New Movie Banners

One of my favourite superhero in my younger years is Superman (followed by Spiderman and Batman). The reason is quite obvious, he can fly, he can see through object with his laser eye, he has super strength that can stop a speeding train and most importantly, he is very down to earth alien (when he is Clark Kent).

The reason why I brought-up the superman is because the latest reboot, Man Of Steel is just around the corner (June 2013) and I have high hope for this new franchise of the "old" superhero. The main reason being it is produced by Christopher Nolan (whom last brought us the Batman Trilogy which is super awesome).

Recently, Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have released two new character banners for Man of Steel. One featuring Superman the other featuring Zod. Also, there is a "Behind The Scenes" clip to let the fans have a peep on how they re-imagining the superman in this reboot (but not too much though).

Awesome super-size trailers for superhero sequels : Man Of Steel And Thor The Dark World

Apart from the upcoming must watch super hero blockbuster, Iron Man 3, which will be released in late Apr or early May 2013 (depending on which country are you at), the other two superhero sequels that all eyes are fixing on are Man Of Steel (technically a reboot) and Thor - The Dark World. 

For more movie details of Man Of Steel (Jun 2013), check out my earlier coverage here. As for Thor - The Dark World (Nov 2013), it is a sequel to 2011's Thor with all the casts reprising themselves, including Tom Hiddleston as Loki (the same villain in The Avengers).
