How To Train Your Dragon 2 - New Featurette (Jun 2014)

How To Train Your Dragon (2010) is one of my favourite animation and still is, however, it might be overtaken by its sequel, How To Train Your Dragon 2 soon (I deduced from the trailers that I've seen so far).

 

DreamWorks Animation has recently released a new featurrette called "Dragons and Riders" that further affirm my thought. How To Train Your Dragon 2 will be released on 13th June 2014 in 3D and following is the synopsis (source : GeekTyrant):

 

How To Train Your Dragon 2 is set five years after the events of the original movie changed everything on the isolated island of Berk. With humans and dragons successfully united, everyone has their own ride, a dragon they’ve connected to. Viral marketing is popular among the blockbusters, the latest blockbuster that adopting this approach is non other than Transformers - Age Of Extinction and rightly so! The site is called Transformers Are Dangerous,

 

As the name implied, it is meant to create a sense of fear among the audience towards transformers. It also means that human beings will continue to be the real "enemy" of Transformers in the upcoming sequel, Transformers - Age Of Extinction.

Last month, Paramount Pictures released the very first trailer of the upcoming Transformers sequel, Age Of Extinction (by Michael Bay) and it doesn't really give me a wow reaction (click here to view the first trailer).

 

Recently, the second full-length trailer has surfaced online and I must say that this one looks much better than the earlier one.

Edge Of Tomorrow, the upcoming sci-fi from Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt (by the way, I am a fan of the latter) looks set to be the coolest original sci-fi for the year and I can't wait for it.

Edge Of Tomorrow - New Character Posters And Banner Poster (June 2014)

Being a movie buff, I watch all kind of movie but Sci-fi and action genres have special place in my heart. Hence, I am pretty much looking forward to the upcoming Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt's vehicle, Edge of Tomorrow.

 

What makes Edge of Tomorrow appealed more to me is its Groundhog Day theme! Short synopsis of Edge of Tomorrow (source imdb.com) :

If you are an animation fan, I am sure you've seen the How To Train Your Dragon five years ago. Yes, we have waited FIVE years for the sequel! So far, I must said that it is well worth the wait. From the previous trailer, it looks set to do even better than the first instalment.

Edge Of Tomorrow - Sneak Peak Of The Upcoming Trailer (June 2014)

Edge Of Tomorrow, the upcoming sci-fi by Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt is one of the my most anticipated movies this year.

 

Directed by Doug Liman whom last brought us Mr and Mrs Smith (2005) and Jumper (2008).

Yesterday, I just posted the movie poster and movie stills from Edge Of Tomorrow. Today, the very first trailer is already here! So, I can't wait to share it here again.

This upcoming sci-fi of Tom Cruise looks like a groundhog day movie set in the future, just imagine you live and die everyday repeatedly, but along the way, you learnt something new and try to make correction/improvement with every repeats. Of course this is not something new but the trailer do provide some kind of assurance that it would be a promising movie. To the minimal, it would be better than Tom Cruise's last sci-fi, Oblivion.

Edge Of Tomorrow will be released in cinemas on 6th June 2014, in 3D as well.

Edge Of Tomorrow, the upcoming sci-fi from Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt will be in cinemas only next year but the marketing effort is started to pick up it steam. Directed by Doug Liman (from the Bourne Trilogy fame), it is one of the most anticipated movie in 2014.

Edge Of Tomorrow will hit the cinemas on 6th June 2014 (in 3D) and following is the synopsis of the movie (source: GeekTyrant.com) :

Transformers 4 - The First Official Production Photo

Transformers 4 is still in the stage of shooting and recently there are a few behind the scene shooting videos surfaced online (click here to view them). Michael Bay continues to direct the fourth instalment of this successful franchise. With the completely brand new casts (Shia LaBeaouf will no longer in this instalment), Mark Wahlberg will take on the main role in this brand new story line and plot. 

Transformers 4 is slated to be released on 27th June 2014 and following is the short synopsis of the film:

A mechanic and his daughter make a discovery that brings down Autobots and Decepticons - and a paranoid government official - on them.

Recently, Michael Bay has released the first production photo from the set and it is confirmed that Dinabots (consists of several subgroups of robots, each of whose transformed mode is that of a dinosaur or similar prehistoric animal) will be in the movie as well. Getting excited already??

Transformers 4 - First Glimpse Of The Explosive Behind The Scenes

The fourth instalment of Transformers (temporary title is simply Transformers 4) will be without Shia LaBeouf. Replacing him will be the active again hunk, Mark Wahlberg (his last 2 noticeable movies are Ted [2012] and Pain And Gain [2013]).

 

Of course, Transformers without Michael Bay will not be transformers anymore. He continue to direct the movie. His vision is well proven many times over and hope this next instalment can be a new high to his directorship.
