Hercules : The Legend Begins - New Trailer (Jan 2014)

One (of the two) upcoming Hercules remake, Hercules - The Legend Begins has another new trailer. For whatever reason, this latest trailer just doesn't appeal to me that much (maybe after 300, all other such period movies are not as attractive anymore). Oh, by the way, 300 has a sequel coming up in 2014 too.

Hercules - The Legend Begins will hit the big screen on 10th January 2014 (in 3D) and following is the synopsis (source : GeekTyrant.com):

In Ancient Greece 1200 B.C., a queen succumbs to the lust of Zeus to bear a son promised to overthrow the tyrannical rule of the king and restore peace to a land in hardship. But this prince, Hercules, knows nothing of his real identity or his destiny. He desires only one thing: the love of Hebe, Princess of Crete, who has been promised to his own brother. 

When Hercules learns of his greater purpose, he must choose: to flee with his true love or to fulfill his destiny and become the true hero of his time. 2 New Posters With Contracting Theme - I, Frankenstein and Nurse 3D

Both are upcoming 3D movies but their latest posters are from two extreme, one is covered with gloomy darkness (I, Frankenstein) and the other is seductively white (Nurse 3D). Of course, these two upcoming movies are from totally different genre too.

Frankenstein is a classic horror and fantasy movie figure and it has been spawn in countless novels, TV series and movies. Next year, there will be a new addition to the list and the upcoming adaptation is called I, Frankenstein. 

Written for the screen and directed by Stuart Beattie (accountable for some major blockbuster movies like Pirates Of The Caribbean Trilogy, G.I. Joe - The Rise Of Cobra etc.)  based on the graphic novel "I, Frankenstein" by Kevin Grevioux (whom brought us the Underworld films). The casts of this fantasy, action movie includes Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto and Jai Courtney.

Recently, Liongates has released the very first trailer of I, Frankenstein and to be frank, it is kind of familiar (vs Underworld). I, Frankenstein will be released in cinemas on 24 Jan 2014 in 3D and IMAX 3D. Following is the short synopsis:
