I know this is not directly related to 3D movies, but being the world's most prestige awards ceremony in show business, I thought it is just about right for me to share the winners of this year's Oscars Awards here as well. This year, Billy Crystal returned to host the 84th Annual Academy Awards.
Congratulations to all the nominees and winners! Keep the surprises come in us with all your creativity and talents. For those who were not being nominated and/or winning any awards, keep going and hope to see many of you in the coming years' awards. One take that I've gotten from this years' winners list is "Old Is Gold"!
Note: There is one 3D movie which is the huge winner of this year's Oscars, can you guess which movie is it? If you are still clueless, continue reading till the end! ;-)

Cheers! P/S: That's right, the 3D Movie is non other than "Hugo"!
I was pretty much rendered speechless when first saw the official trailers of "John Carter", the forthcoming big budget blockbuster movie to be released in IMAX 3D. It strikes me as "Star Wars" meet "Avatar" ! The special effects and fighting sequence are just pure AWESOME!
This set me thinking of one silly question, "What if I am John Carter?". In the movie, the main character, John Carter, was stranded in an alienated planet (Mars), he need to fight for his life against the bad and protect the good. Along the way, he make friends with strange creatures/species. So, what would I do if I am John Carter?
Being a humankind trying to promote positivity and happiness in the online community on earth, I believed I will bring along my strength of positivity to Mars and try to influence the species/creatures there (assuming I can communicate with them) for unity. There would be NO war, NO races, NO inequalities... PEACE and HAPPINESS will be the new motto in Mars!
What about you? What if YOU are John Carter? Feel free to share your most imaginative idea here.
In conjunction with the Super Bowl Events (National Football League Championship, one of the most watched sport event in the world), Hollywood has released a number of new trailers of the up-coming blockbuster movies.
Thus, I am taking this opportunity to share some of the amazing newly released trailers of the upcoming 3D movies that will be covered in my subsequent blog posts.
The Lorax is a children's book written by Dr Seuss (full name: Theodor Seuss Geisel). It was first published in 1971. It chronicles the plight of the environment and the Lorax, who speaks for the trees against the greedy Once-ler.
Dr Seuss' The Lorax is a family theme movie (animation) with ample educational value, thus, it's a perfect movie to spend quality time with your family/kids. With the main voice actors from teenage sensation Zac Efron (from High School Musical fame) and Taylor Swift (American Country pop singer, songwriter, actress), it will definitely attract droves of teenagers to the cinema.
On the same note, the most recent movies adapted from Dr Suess' books are (click on the image to see more details): Horton Hears a Who! (Animation) [2008]:
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (by Jim Carey) [2000]:
Enjoy the sharing...
